noise and boredom rant

well right now i'm sitting in class wasting 2 hours as efficiently as i possibly can.

the natural conclusion for what to do is write something in a blog. the only two thigs that i could be doing productively for school right now are on the only two computers that i dont have access to right now. one is a computer up in "the U" where i have my bright wolf assignment which i need to adjust volume levels on. the other is my laptop where i have my script. that is at home, where i could be right now... sleeping... or doing ANYthing that is even remotely productive... like watching the rest of Ran (so far that's the most hard to finish movie of my life- i think i've had it for about a month now and i still havent finnished it)

oh wow, this class is insane. we have nothing productive to do so everyone is doing their own thing on the internet. this iis resulting in the largest amount of noise i have had the pleasure of trying to ignore this week.

the only counter to noise? more noise right. if you are getting distracted by something, find something else that will cancel it out. this works scientifically as well since a sound wave will cancel out other soundwave if they are out of phase with each other. (that being the foundation behind "sound proof" headphones, they compensate for eachother.

ok, this is driving me too nuts. what the heck?

well, i'm going to drag my lame ass upstairs and wait in the hallway till our next class starts instead of listening to someone sing "tiny bubbles" intermitantly.

Opening up my Blog again

Well, I haven't been on here for a while. I abandoned all of my internet stuff over Katimivik last year. This year, I've just been using my msn space. Most recently I've addopted Facebook. So, in a last mad attempt to avoid my script writing and brightwolf editing even more, I am rebooting my blog. Well, this should be fun. I'd like to get a blog line of the movies that I've watched. The idea behind this would be to give me some reason to pay attention to ALL of the movies that we watch in class, and to give me a way to remember all the things I've seen.
Having something like this on a Blog would theoretically give me some accountability for developing an opinion of what I'm watching and make me develop the habit of tracking all the stuff I watch.
I watch a lot... so much that it all gets confused in my head. Especially when they come out with stuff like the Prestige and the Illusionist back to back. WOW.
